I wonder if there were any manufacturers who made 208V only mercury vapor series choke ballasts for the North American for the lamps listed below that only had two wire connections and were wired in series with the lamp.

Here are the mercury vapor lamps that should be okay running on such ballasts:

40W H45
50W H46
75W H43
100W H38
175W H39
250W H37
400W H33
1000W H34
