Well, deep UV LEDs do exist, but I don't think their price is in the range suitable for this applications... But if I look into the page 15 of the eng. version of the datasheet, I see there a caption "UV-C T8 + LED module" describing a combination fixture (illumination combined with germicidal and maybe the automatic controller), which is suggesting to me they are actually using the tradditional discharge tubes for the germicidal (UV-C) section.
