Legit. Back in January of 1989, Philips joined a partnership with GE Lighting to produce Philips-branded Lucalox lamps when GE was making cuts to its bulb production, similar to when Philips made SOX lamps for Osram in the early 2000s. The lamps were made until March of 1990.

Yeah it’s true, they went back and forth. I believe fluorescent lover 40 has a Sylvania made Philips with a BT shape from around 2014.
