I've been curious about weather Westinghouse Lifeguards of any kind were ever sold in Australia or other 240v 50hz countries

Fluro starter pings combined with a 50hz ballast hum and blinking tubes is music to my ears.

I do know Westinghouse have some relation in the UK,   As I have couple examples one is a british made westinghouse carbon lamp
And a westinghouse Export 1000 watt H34 mercury lamp with E40
Cap.  There were some westinghouse fluorescents sold there back
In 1970s.  All this sorta ended when philip bought out westinghouse
Plant in the USA in late 1982.   This why my Westinghouse Econ Nova CFL only made for 18 months cause philips just reengineer the
 SL CFL for US market.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.
