I'll admit it, I grabbed the last one.  It'll be nice lamp to try out in my new 100W GE 201-SA, and I don't have this phosphor in any wattage yet.  Previously I'd lit a few 100W lamps briefly on 175W ballasts (without letting them fully warm up), but I wouldn't want to risk it with a vintage lamp.  Thanks for pointing out the listing, @joseph_125.

Ahh, glad to see a few of us here got one. I did a double take when I spotted this listing in my recommendations on eBay today.

Yeah I wouldn't risk using a 175w ballast on a vintage lamp. Either a real H38 or even a M98 with ignitor removed I'd be more comfortable it with.

This would probably look beautiful in that SA-201 NEMA too.

Save that for AFTER it arrives intact !! Fortunately it's coming Via. USPS so there SHOULDN'T be a problem . Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself !!

@ HM1000 : There were 5 total : I got 1 , Joseph got 1 , Patrick got 1 and someone else got the other 2 . Hopefully it was someone here on LG !

That was me who got the two...wasn't trying to be greedy...I just like to find two of every lamp if possible.

I just glad that all 5 went to collectors , NOT someone who just needs them for general use in some parking lot or something !!

Same here, I'm glad they all went to collectors. I don't plan to run this much anyway so I only bought one. Plus it's a BT25 Lifeguard which I surprisingly don't have yet. Looks like mine should be here by the end of next week. Mid-week if I'm lucky.

How rare are these /W lamps exactly, and what are the chances of more popping up?

From time to time a listing with a single /W lamp will show up on eBay. A listing with a bunch of them like this time is a bit rarer.

Hopefully! Although I suppose if it was a /DX I'll still keep it.

I'd still be pissed as I specifically asked the seller if they were /W instead of /DX lamps . I don't know if I'da spent that much on a /DX .

I would be too TBH but it's a bit of PITA to return stuff cross border so I usually don't bother with it.
