T12 tubes are pretty rare in most countries outside of North America and some Central American countries.

The most unique and expensive I have are the “(“ shaped tubes which are basically Philips TLD 36W/830 but bow shaped and from each end about 25cm toward the tubes are left clear.

I’ve got a few 40 watt T12s some 32 watt T8s and a couple of 40 watt T17s. There are not a lot of T17 lamps anymore. Most people look at me funny when I try to describe them.

At least T17s seem easier to describe compared to a PG17 lamp. I've yet to even see a T17 in person. I'd reckon they haven't been used in Canada for decades.

My home is lit with many F40T12 and F15T8 lamps on magnetic ballasts, and I have at least one of most of the other main sizes from F4T5 to F96T12. I prefer GE lamps, with 4100K and 5000K being the main colour temperatures, though I have a variety of less common types, colours and brands in use, especially for accent lighting.

I can't bring myself to ever retrofit any fluorescent fixture to LED. Even if I have to cobble odd ballasts and used lamps together to make something work, I'd do it to keep it fluorescent.
