For example, I have gotten some F14T5 HE fluorescent tubes to successfully run off a North American F20T12 preheat fluorescent fixture using some European F18T8 to F14T5 HE conversion adapters that are similar in design to the “Save it Easy” T8 to T5 HE conversion adapters.
