Recently, new odd household LEDs have been hitting the market. I’m sure you all are familiar with the typical Soft White (2700K), Daylight (5000K), but how about Cool Daylight (6500K)?

Apparently, GE(Savant) has been selling these at both Lowe’s and Target in A19 as well as other sizes. These however are separate from GE’s HD filament LED lineup. Now 6500K is more common in fluorescent lamps and in my opinion is not exactly appealing in a residential setting, but for those who want cold looking fluorescent colored light in let’s say a table lamp, well here’s a option.

If I get the chance I’ll pick up a set to try out, as well as compare them to the standard color temperatures already on the market.
