I have a Monte Carlo ceiling fan catalog from 2009, and there was a light kit with the part number MC59. Although it's intended as a ceiling fan light kit, it looks exactly like a "boob" light.

The apartment in Corpus Christi I stayed in a few years back had several square boob (pyramid?) lights.  Ceiling fans used the same glass for their lights.
