does anyone know where i can Find a Two or three Wire HPS Ignitor...

will a Two Wire Ignitor Work with a S-62 (70 Watt) HPS Ballast Designed to be used with a three Wire Ignitor?

and whats the diffrence between a Two and Three wire Ignitor?

It is not really matter of the ballast, but of the ignitor, if it is able to work with the lamp.
What does matter are:
- the amlitude of the ignition voltage pulse on the lamp. If the two-wire is capable to make high enough voltage pulse (EU 70W HPS is happy with 1.5..2.5kV, so i guess the US 55V type would need something in the range 800V..1.5kV), on parallel ignitor this would be written
- The ballast OCV (to trigger correctly the ignitor)

Both (or the S62 compatibility statement) you should be able to find in the ignitor's datasheet.
