I wonder, how could i make this busted light as good as new agian?

Its very busted. the housing is cracked! what could i do? what welding? or is it even POSSIBLE? lol. so help me. im still getting the other top housing, i just ant to make this look new though. but i might not have any luck.

this kind of Damage is too hard to Fix...the only thing i could see is having the Housing Melted Down and RE-Cast...
