At my brother's house, the Evluma AreaMax 70W LED security light flickers when subjected to mild to cold ambient temperatures (50°F and below). When its really cold (like around 30°F) it does this continuously. Otherwise when its mild out (warmer), it will do it for the first 10 or 15 minutes or so, then steady out. Has anyone else experienced this before?

I used to see this effect on HPS lamps that about to cycle and the ignitor restrikes it every half cycle.
