Those lanterns appear to be some American Electric SOX low pressure sodium lanterns as far as I know.

I'm not entirely sure what this is, but it doesn't appear to be an OV-25.

ON LG FOR 2 YEARS! Please don't ask to meet up with me, as I am still living with my mother. Don't send me items either please, thank you! Please, watch out for the future. It's not looking good. Loves instruction manuals of any kind!

The fixture was later replaced with a Thorn floodlight that has also gone EOL while the second original ConTempo on the other side of the crossing still works. Even though the ConTempos look nice, their gear is made in China which likely contributed to the failure. I have some identical fixtures which is why I know that the white mark is directly above where the ballast is located.
