Is there any differences between the super diazo blue lamps of the past and the modern black light lamps used in bug zappers?

Isn't the diazo lamp primarily designed to cause photo emulsion hardening in photo-litographuc processes, but the bug zapper bulbs mainly to attract bugs but be otherwise safe for long exposure for humans?

I would guess the diazo lamp is designed mainly to emit UVA and dont care that much of the rest, assuming it will be used with proper PPE,
but with the the bug zapper the design is to make it long term human safe (so maybe sacrificing some of its UVA output).
