I think if anyone wants to get into the world of high voltage, that they should play with a Neon Transformer first, but only after doing extensive research on the topic.

The word 'play' here gives the impression of something being fun and enjoyable. Getting zapped with possibly lethal voltage or current is anything but fun and enjoyable.

If anyone chooses to experiment with high voltage, then that's up to them, but I don't want to hear about it here.
