My idol is Mylene Farmer, deal with it.

Can you show me something? « on: April 27, 2020, 01:32:39 PM » Author: vytautas_lamps
Hi there,
for the past two hours I was searching our gallery for the photo of full view of running luxor double twisted fluorescent tube. I have seen plentiful pictures of single twist modern-ish duro test powertwists, hell, i have some myself, but I want to see how a double twisted older vintage duro test or Luxor fluorescent tube looks like lit, because no one on this galery has a picture of it.. like, seriously.. maybe my searching is not that good, i don't know, but if at least one of you could spare a few minutes to take a shot of full view working double twist luxor or duro test tube I would be very happy! I would really appreciate that, because i am daying to see how the older double twisted tube looks like when runing in full view..
Thanks a lot in advance,

vytautas_lamps.  :D

PS
unrelated question:
did warm white power twists existed? or were they only made in vitalite and cool white?
Thanks!  ;D

Hey there! I think I can do this for you. I have two F40 Duro-Test Vita-Lite power twist lamps in my room. I have to see if I have a fixture wired up so I can do it for you.

Also, to answer your question, seems like they only made the power twists in Vita-lite and cool white but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

J-Frog had a turquoise power-twist.  I believe this is the older type, though unfortunately there's not an end-to-end view.

I know Durotest made a plant growing powertwist bulb. One time I almost had my hands on a pair of 2 foot F20 ones from a thrift store but stupid lady at cash didn't allow me to purchase them without buying the whole growing rack system they were on.
