Hi all,

We have just acquired a GEC 200W SLI/H lamp (see here for James Hooker's page on it) and we are trying to find a suitable ballast. The genuine ones seem to be rarer than the lamps, does anyone have any suggestions on the best alternative..?

Danny did suggest a 150W SON ballast with an SX72 ignitor, this certainly fires up the lamp but the current is slightly high at 1.8A and the ballast is getting rather warm (over 90 deg C) so I'm not keen on using this.
