Mine did that for the first 1000 hours I ran it, it seemed to die down after that tho but mines an F36T8

I bet it its the lamp or something like that. Could be a bad electrode. Thanks tho for watching

Nah, not a bad electrode, probably just an impurity, it'll burn off and you should be fine after!

This phenomenon is called "snaking." It is normal in a newer lamp. It can also happen just before EOL, moments before a lamp actually dies.
