I remember someone on here saying they liked the Motorola T8 ballasts.  There is 1 church building I care for that had these installed originally back around 1999/2000 and I am saving a few just for you if you want them.  Just cover the shipping cost and I'll get them to you.  They have some use but are still working.  I'm replacing them with newer T8 ballasts.
