I have acquired a lot of 277V ballasts (Advance, Val-miser, and Magnetek) and need to unload them.  I have over 50 ballasts that 90% have full length leads.  The ballasts came from drop ceiling fixtures and I believe they were from the 90's.  Also have a whole bunch of watt misers, ecnowatts and supersavers that need a new home.  The tubes are all used but I also do have some new watt misers and supersavers.  Most are cool white but there are some used 3500K in the pile.  I can post pictures if anyone wants.  I am located near Saginaw MI.  Any one here have an interest?

I'm in the same boat. I'm thinking try on the bay for a dollar each or just not bother and scrap.
