I had a seriously creepy dream influenced by a scary movie I just watched.  I watched Zombeavers, a horror movie about mutated beavers that attack a group of college students on vacation at a lake.  To start off, I was in a hotel room, and it was the middle of the night.  Within the dream, I had a gut feeling that it was not safe to stay in my hotel room and that something bad was going to happen.  I turned on the light (a single BR40 floodlight), and noticed that the room was in the interior part of a building, and that there were no windows.  I also noticed that there was a luggage cart with my suitcase on it in the room.  I began to push the luggage cart out of my room, to find a new room to check into.  Even though it was the middle of the night, there were people everywhere in the lobby.  They were entering and checking into rooms and walking around to find gift shops.  I thought to myself, "I can't get a new room with all these people here."  I stepped into a gift shop to dodge the crowd, and noticed a horrifying picture on the front of a magazine.  A woman with the face of a beaver  :o  She had blonde hair, but her face was covered in brown fur, she had huge, sharp buck teeth, and empty, glowing blue eyes without pupils.  I ran back up the stairs to my hotel room.  After I closed the door and sat on the bed, I heard a chilling sound come from the bathroom.  A bloodthirsty, unearthly snarling sound.  I slowly opened the bathroom door to investigate.  The room was brightly lit by daylight fluorescent tubes over the sink, so I saw everything...except what was behind the shower curtain.  The deathly silence was shattered when a monster jumped out from behind the curtain and pounced on me :o  The thing transformed before my eyes.  First it was a hideous half-girl, half-beaver like what I saw on the magazine picture, then it transformed into a full beaver!  It snarled and began slashing me with it's huge claws and preparing to bite me, so I would transform into a human-beaver-monster too!  I woke up with a start.  That is why I do not like watching horror movies.

The beaver lady. haha... I'll remember that one. Reminds me of something I'd see from Courage the Cowardly Dog, which
was one of my favorite kid shows. Not saying you're like Courage, but the thought of him seeing a magazine with a lady that
has the face of a beaver, I could definitely see happening.

The movie had some funny parts, but also some really creepy parts with real people being transformed into beavers.  There were some bloody scenes too, which also freaked me out during the movie  :o There is one pretty bad jump scene in the bathroom, the first time one of the girls encounters a beaver that had snuck into the cabin.  This scene is what inspired my dream.  Jump scenes in any movie always make me scream, haha!  Courage the Cowardly Dog, that was a great show!  That does remind me of a story that would happen in that show.  I love those classic 1990's and early 2000's cartoons!

Another thing that could have prompted this awful dream is the fact that I had car trouble involving the battery and electrical components in my car earlier this week.  In the movie, the evil beavers bit the phone lines to prevent the characters from calling for help.  I jokingly thought to myself, the beavers could have bitten the wires in my car as I tried to get it fixed  ;D

I just checked out that movie on YouTube... (Zombeavers) I did not know it came out in 2014... I was assuming it was maybe mid 1990's.
haha... yeah looks like a funny movie with hot women. Not Kristen Kreuk level of hot, but still hot women. Hot women catch
my interest. heh heh
As for my dream, I have absolutely no idea what prompted it... no clue why it happened. And then that song, out of all songs. All in all it was a  very erie, creepy, painful and unforgettable dream. THE worst dream. Hopefully it's the last time I have a dream like this, but it's also a reminder for me to lay off night time food consumption... especially foods high in protein. (protein shakes) haha

Yeah it was a good movie, both funny and scary, and those girls looked mighty fine too!  I admit, I think the name Zombeavers sounds like the name of a porno LOL!  The bathroom scene in the movie with the beaver hiding behind the shower curtain reminded my of Psycho, a real classic horror film.

Sometimes melatonin pills will give me strange dreams, I guess since they help you get a deeper sleep and spend more time in REM sleep, when dreams occur.  I have to take those to help fall asleep and shut off my anxious mind at night so I can sleep.
