The first lamp is of Philips lighting Europe, for the european market. The next two lamps are of GE lighting of america, for the american market.

The GE F20T12/C50 should be a decent lamp quality wize, and it has a nice color, but they are not very bright. The GE F40T12/CX41 - while I haven't seen that exact model, as long as it follows the quality of other GE's it should be a decent lamp. It might be slightly more pink than other 4100k lamps though.
