does anyone know where i could get my hands on older 175 watt coated mercury vapour bulbs? i cant even find new ones around here, just clear ones. i seen one on davemans pictures, and that is what im looking for. i just like the light that they produce. not saying i dont like the clear ones, but any old coated bulbs, even if they are starting to blue/green out, still nice to look at.

were do u live ? here in arizona there is a ban now in effect i have to get my bulbs from friends ut of state let me know maybe i can help or even send u one ? people on here are very helpful and nice 

Some of us have them I'm sure, but the best source at the moment seems to be Ebay. I generally see alot of them daily.
