I basically took a 15 watt Lithonia preheat strip light and I made the valance and end caps out of sheet metal. I explain it in the video description. I have both that light as well as a preheat 20 watt fluorescent over my desk hooked up to an electrical outlet controlled by a switch so when you hit the switch, it sounds like popcorn popping. Enjoy.
