Nice!..Looks like it's failing on a glow starter circuit but that's an electronic ballast right? I've seen tubes fail on electronic ballast before..they don't do that. ??? ???

When he says preheat it pretty much means it has a starter.......but I think that one was a LOA (Lights of America) with electronic starter.....but a preheat ballast   (preheat ballasts here usually have a glow starter but this one i believe had an electronic starter)

This is not even CLOSE to an LOA ballast it's an 80's or 90's GE ballast it's got the date code XB on it
