@Medved, awhile ago, I posted result when I installed F32T8's in a simple 40w preheat fixture. The OCV is 220v from a simple reactive autotransformer ballast. I would think that would be very similar to the European counterpart. Other members have commented that they will work but will become problematic as the lamps age. Maybe sometime in the future I will get exact measurements on one of these ballasts.
