The article is in hebrew, so please use Google Translation.
It says that fluorescent lamps uses neon (Instead of low pressure mercury vapour) in order to produces UVC to strike the phosphors, what a stupid thinking. ;D

Fluorescent lamps are called in Hebrew slang NEON lamps. No wonder everybody is thinking that they contain neon
