Are most parking lots in your area LED now, or do some still use HID?

Where I am it’s a mix.

Lowes and the showing center next to it, are LED.

Home Depot is still using MH lights in the parking lot but some have been replaced with LED fixtures. The lights on the front of the store are HPS. Their exterior lighting is generally a mess with some of it dayburning and some not.

Walmart has been LED for several years.

Most of the fast food places here are LED, except the Dairy Queen is still MH.

Both Publix shopping centers are MH still.
One of the Winn Dixie shopping center is LED, the other is MH.

The mall is LED but the lights at the entrances are still MH.

I’ve noticed a lot of chain restaurants don’t maintain their parking lot lighting well, Outback Steakhouse has only one MH light that even works and it’s very dim.

There’s an old shopping center in the next town from me that still uses old Westy and AE MV cobras.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Actually a lot of streetlights used here and some large post tops. Not many shoeboxes.
