ok my icon and in my gallery there is a old ge form 79 street light the paint as u can see in the pics is very old and chipping off i was wondering does any one know the color they used back in the day ? or should i ever repaint it or just leave it alone or repaint it and make it look all nice again ? thank u for any tips guys the glass came out real nice . this sit eis the best i have ever seen

I always restore my lanterns.  Some others like the worn look.  It's up to your personal preference.  As far as paint goes I'd probably paint whatever colour it was before I started the restoration.

I know they did green back then......a lot of the old poles in Baltimore used green.....let me show you...

yours looks almost exactly like this in Baltimore
