Got a hold of a few cases locally. New lamps made in USA 2002, all are the same. It's $5 CAD per lamp pretested.

For now, no USA shipping but that may change depending on availability and other things such as time. See pics..

I forgot to mention that it's no longer possible to get mercury lamps from eBay delivered through their global ship program to Canada.
