Maybe that's who they hire?    All I can do now is and hope no one else buys from them.

Yeah, its pathetic. I really hope their customer service is real and not some sketchy call center on another continent.

I was very suspicious of Interlight as I first knew of them because they would only show one picture of a generic bulb and their listing would say “replacement bulb for xxxxx”. In addition, I have also seen them sell under “bulbsandbatteries” and “lightbulbsareus” on eBay and “Technical Precision” on amazon.

I wouldn't trust Interlight as far as I could throw them !! Everyone of their listings uses a stock photo instead of a photo of the actual lamp you're ordering . As for their claims of not selling lamps of "Unknown Brands" , I've seen many of their listings on eBay of which the description lists the brand as Lightbulbsareus ! https://www.ebay.com/itm/153541471477

The GE HR1000A36 I mentioned earlier is still available on eBay and I believe the seller ships to Canada. It's been on there for years at $80 USD with no takers so perhaps you might be able to offer a lower amount.
