Hi. Haven't been around much for a number of reasons, but currently I'm trying to stockpile halogen lamps while they're still available to purchase now that they've been banned and inventory is running out. There's a couple of applications in my house where I don't like LEDs (my bedroom, the living room, and the dining room). Currently have mainly American made Sylvania, Hungarian made GE, and Chinese made FEIT.
Is there a guide to identify how made the actual halogen capsules inside, by say the lettering color or style, the filament shape, the shape, etc? Is one type of capsule considered "better"?
