Anybody have these?
I just ordered 3 of them. They look like they are kool.
I notice it says they work on 120- 240 volts. Does anyone know how these bulbs work?

Thanks 8)

I guess they use so underdriven filament, then it's evaporation is not any more the primary end of life failure mode, so they have similar life on both 120 and 240V supply. This pops the question, why then the life is then so short?

Remember, then around 1500..2000K the filament has very sharp voltage-to-resistance dependence, so the current does not differ too much, so the input power only double on 230V compare to 120V (on constant resistance load it would be nearly quadruple).

It looks like it would have a short life because how the filament is all over the place? But I don’t know?
