Here's a ballastless Hubbell RM. Good price, although shipping might be a little much.

Here's a Cooper OVZ NYC edition. $50 OBO (35-40 might work) + $15 Shipping.

They're rather unique luminaires. They were custom made by Cooper lighting for the City of New York and have several unique features. To list a few: low voltage indicator LED on door, electronic ballast that runs S56 150w HPS or M102 150w PSMH, finally it uses a OVH housing with a modified OVZ reflector. 

The it's more expensive than the Hubbell but the shipping is dirt cheap for a streetlight.
