Some cool electrical fixtures at my aunt’s new house « on: July 14, 2021, 05:36:27 PM » Author: N3210
Hello all, I’m new! I have some cool electrical fixtures at my aunt’s place I wanna show you guys.  :)

We have:
A few Eagle GFCIs (5 in the garage, one in some bathrooms)

Leviton GFCIs, most likely replaced Eagle GFCIs

One singleplex ungrounded recessed receptacle, in the living room (it doesn’t support tandem plugs)

Unknown Brand GFCI, theres a 20A version in the kitchen

We also have a few most likely vintage switches around the house too. I think it’s a reasonable time for these fixtures to be in the house, said house was built in 1958. (Only got a pic of the outlets sadly)

Whoever installed the outlets in my aunt’s new home went cuckoo, we have a mix of 15 and 20 amp outlets and they are all either upside down or right side up.

This is also my first post! (Ignore the images on the bottom)

Hi and welcome to the madhouse that is Lighting Gallery  ;D

Could I suggest that you also post these photos in the gallery section of the site. They will probably get a wider audience there, as many people who are primarily interested in photos don't look at the forum section much. I'd suggest the 'Miscellaneous' category for these. Also, I can't help but notice the Photobucket watermark, so maybe you can try and upload the original images which don't have that.

I realise it's difficult to know what to do when you're new, but all of us on the admin team are here to help, and no doubt other members will do so as well. In the meantime this page should get you off to a good start  :bulbman:

Take care,

Ria

Nice I like those Eagle GFCIs and that old recessed receptacle.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
