This is one of these vintage lights at the Laconia Antique Center. The store is Full of these, the brand sticker says "Ruby Philips Corp" so it's probably Philips.

probably an old lighting company that was either bought out by another or folded years ago . Either way, these appear to have been converted to LED tubes .
