2 unknown filiment bc bulbs

come accross these 2 bulbs in a box marked 1895.....
wonder if anyone knowns of these bulbs?

The first look more like some glow discharge lamp (the thick wires are the electrodes), the second one looks like a heavily aged Neon glow discharge lamp or some electronic component (glow discharge voltage regulator; these are "stabilized" after mnufacture and that uses to deposit a lot of sputtered material on the bulb - no problem when the light output is not the main function of the thing; these used to use common lightbulb sockets).
