On eBay, I saw a listing for an Advance R-2P817-TP, which was a magnetic rapid start balllast rated for 2 F17T8 or FB16T8 lamps, but it was also listed for 18W PL-L lamps. Does this mean that my 2 lamp 18W PL-L magnetic RS ballast can operate F17T8 lamps too?
