Saying goodbye to my dog « on: April 07, 2025, 04:15:35 PM » Author: LightsAreBright27
Yesterday night, at 1 AM, I had to say goodbye to my dog, Daisy  :( . She was 14 years old, and was with me from childhood. I still remember playing and jumping with her. May she be well in afterlife

I’m really sorry to hear that your dog passed away. I remember having a purely black cat in our garden and it had green eyes. Sadly it passed away years ago, but those were the good times.

It's always a hard time when your pet passes away. I never had that feeling but in a decade I might with my Yorkshire Terrier  :( Let's hope your dog has a good afterlife. If he was helpful in his past life, he's definitely in a good place, but who knows where?

Usually I collect bulbs (Mostly LED) and some HID ones. I also own a couple of streetlights, but most are made in Poland.

However, I mostly prefer SOX bulbs. LED bulbs in their efficacy will never beat SOX bulbs, in my opinion.

Sorry to hear that. I have lost two dogs as well, so I know how you feel. I’m sure she knew that she was loved.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

I’m really sorry to hear that you lost your dog. I lost my black lab back in 2019 after his back legs stopped working. He was diabetic and blind for several years prior.

Thanks for all the support! Daisy started developing a lot of health problems, like trouble with back legs holding her weight, hair falling, and much more. But she was pretty resilient whenever she got any sickness. She hadn't been eating properly, and the vet had to force feed her. The only good thing is that she didn't have to suffer more (she had intense pain in the back legs and licked them all the time).

She did live pretty long for a labrador.

This is the last photo of her before she developed health issues (around November of 2024)
