Is there a guide to identifying the halogen capsules as used in A19 bulbs? Noticed my 28 watt Feit capsule (has wires on both ends) looks a lot different than my Sylvania capsule

I have a Feit 72w A19 Halogen lamp packaging with China on it. Most halogens come from China just like anything else, the 72w feit lamp also has the "HID arc tube" like capsule with the lead in wires on both ends.
