Although if I could find older Philips stuff that's what I'd use.

I'm historicly a GE fan since that was what I mostly what I grew up with but lately I'm more of a Sylvania person.  I was too young to really remember or appreciate Westinghouse when they still existed, and Philips wasn't commonarround home until HD opened in 2002.  The exception being some Philips bulbs from Sears and OEM lamps supplied with American Electric HID fixtures
