www.lamptech.co.uk have been suspended for too much long time, and don't returns to operate. Why?

I lives in Israel, which is a 220-240V, 50hz country.

Probably the same reason as last time, James hasn't paid the hosting company. He always seems to be rather busy, I'm sure it'll return in a few days! I've just checked it now and it's up. I should have checked before replying.
