Anyone Enjoy's SOX bulb? « on: March 06, 2025, 02:03:33 PM » Author: Eleco_SR304
Today I have received my SOX-E bulb with a power of 36w. I was enjoying to finally see my first SOX bulbs. Anyone got the same feeling whenever they get/receive a SOX bulb?

Usually I collect bulbs (Mostly LED) and some HID ones. I also own a couple of streetlights, but most are made in Poland.

However, I mostly prefer SOX bulbs. LED bulbs in their efficacy will never beat SOX bulbs, in my opinion.

I’ve ordered a whole box of new old stock SOX-E 26W lamps from a wholesale company in Holland. I’ll be excited to receive them soon.

Very nice, that probably must of been expensive. Mine costed £13.50 as it was a bidding. One the cheapest SOX bulbs probably brought from eBay in 2025  :poof:

Yep. Congrats! I also received my first SOX bulbs about a month ago. I have some cheaper 36 W SOX-E bulb (probably a chinese made, could be the same sold under TrueHALO brand), as well as a Philips 90 W long life (branded as sylvania though).

In fact, I had to wait the most for the B22 fitting, not the bulbs themselves… you can imagine me rubbing my hands together when I already had the bulbs and ballast  ;D
