| For any of you who always wanted to know how to recognise a type of LPS bulb there is a simple way: Just look at the colour of the base. I believe that is one of the ways I think
-SOX (regular): Brown
-SOX plus: Red
-SOX-E (efficient): Black
-PSG SOX: blue & Green

Usually I collect bulbs (Mostly LED) and some HID ones. I also own a couple of streetlights, but most are made in Poland.
However, I mostly prefer SOX bulbs. LED bulbs in their efficacy will never beat SOX bulbs, in my opinion.
