Despite the LED produce a pure high brightness emerald green light, only one wire attached to the die (Unlike an InGaN die, which have two wires attached). See the picture in this URL: http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-47278 Which die this LED consist?

I guess most people here are more into glass, electrodes, fluorescent coatings, gears and fixtures than into semiconductor stuff
