Does anyone know how to wire a 240v 175w MV ballast?

 It should not wire up any different than a  120 volt MV ballast
 Unless it a choke style ballast

Here is how i think it is supposed to be wired.

Hmmm...usually, a 240V MV ballast is just a reactor with one primary lead, and one secondary lead. The attached PDF shows a type of single voltage ballast. A picture would be best, that way we can see what you're working on and can go from there.
One question: how many coils does the ballast have?

That PDF is his MS paint modification of the drawing I originally uploaded here for a M-250R2 built to CP&L specs (240v ballast, 120v PC) for an 250w HPS CWA circuit. Unfortunately he didn't relocate the capacitor to where it should be on a 240v reactor ballast, in parallel with the circuit between L1 and L2 instead of between the lamp.

The easiest way would be to include a clear picture of what you're working with instead of asking a fairly general question with no pictures. Much easier for others to give advice without having to make assumptions.
