Despite thallium iodide is highly volatile, and it is indeed unsaturated in the Philips HPI-T tri-band MH lamp (Together with the indium iodide), my Venture MH-DE 70W/UVS/GDX green thallium lamp have tons of liquid thallium iodide as can be seen here: https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-224329
