- All halophosphate (intended for general lighting) - poor color and low efficacy and as these flooded into all "lamp include" fixtures, giving the fluorescent technology stigma of poor quality light.
- All selfballasted CFL's as their marketing deliberately lie to people about "exceptional life and efficacy"

Light colour 535. *barf*

T5HO tubes that have one electrode further in the tube than the other end. Looks so uneven!

Spiral CFL's. The whole thing gets dumped when it craps out. Preheat PL types with screw-in ballast adapters need to make a come back.

Power provided by Alabama Power, 120 volts 60 Hz. House is an LED free zone, tungsten and linear fluorescent only.

Mine:

Spiral CFLs - They occasionally have quite violent failures and have a uneven phosphor coating because of the spiral shaped tube.

Energy savers F96T12/HOs - They start up dim and striate for a long time until they warm up in even slightly cold weather.
