This morning, I'm running a heavily used ge f4t5 but it still runs (with 60hz flicker) the good end started flickering purple and orange a bit and I tested the temp with my meter which said 205 at the peak! It climbed abt 100 degress in about 3 minutes and you could smell the bulb burning very easily. Should this happen?
