Hello, who can identify this date code of my Tungsram HgLS 250? Information on the internet said would be 1963 or 1968, but i want to be precise and confirm one of them. Is stamped with code 0363, is that the code that give the month and year?

ö363 is the model number, and the date code is T8A.  I am not entirely certain how to decipher this, but suspect that the T was used on Tungsram lamps of the 1960s-70s-80s, and that the date code is 8A.  I would estimate that indicates January 1968, but perhaps other collectors more familiar with the Tungsram designs may consider that it is in fact January 1978.
